This is a Brain Tarp made replacement 12 volt regulator rectifier for Honda part number 31600-HM3-003 

Fits 1993-2000 TRX300EX FOURTRAX & 2001-2004 TRX300EX SPORTRAX

**Please note that the mounting holes on this unit MAY NOT line up perfectly with your original unit.**

The hole spacing is 55-75mm inner edges to outer edges.
