DELIVERY

Your gear will be on its way to you within one working day of your order placement. We ship all products via a trackable service with Australia Post. We offer free standard post, delivery Australia-wide.  Express delivery option is available Australia-wide, starting at $12.95.

We generally find most orders are delivered within 3 business days after dispatch in metro areas, and up to 6 business days in regional and country areas.

Shipping costs for international orders are dependent on your location. Please enter your address at checkout for exact prices.

Please allow around 10–20 business days for delivery of international orders, however we do not guarantee that deliveries will follow this timeline.

We want you to be happy with your new Praetorian Code gear and we have an easy return policy for your peace of mind. Simply specify the reason for return on the return slip (included with the original shipment) and return any unused gear in its original packaging within 30 days.

Please remember that unless your return relates to a faulty product, we are unable accept returns for gear that has been washed, worn or used in any way. We do not accept change-of-mind returns for discounted, promotional, or sale items.

Your options under the Praetorian Code Returns Policy are in addition to any rights you may have under the ACL. Praetorian Code products are manufactured to the highest of quality standards. In the unlikely event that there is a fault with a product you purchase from us, we ask that you contact us immediately via our ebay store to arrange for a resolution.

We may require you to provide further information about the fault (such as photos) or return the product to us for inspection.
