The book is in generally good readable condition

but it has some obvious signs of storage / use, for example,

corner bends / wear & impression marks on the cover / spine.

There are lines along the spine from opening the book.

Inside, the initial & final pages have small corner bends

plus the pages are somewhat yellowed from aging

but otherwise the pages are in good condition.
