Up for sale here is this NOS vintage Mullard mustard capacitor. This is marked .022 uf 400v, and tests very close to that, with no leakage/ESR. It is an incredibly high-quality cap and is guaranteed to work great for you. Mullard Mustard caps were used in some Marshall and Epiphone equipment. This is a genuine Philips Mullard cap, not a Bianchi cap. 

This has vertical lettering and a "B0P" date code, which I believe is the second quarter of 1970.  These came from a sealed bag, which I have shown a picture of, but the bag is not included in the listing.
