The design of the circles and leaves adds stability as well as that "splash" of elegance. • The Holder is made out of ¼” steel rod. They are also approximately 30 inches tall, which puts them at that perfect height when sitting in your chair. These holders & bases are painted with rust-inhibiting paint...making them durable to have outdoors. The color is hammered black.
