This is a Voigtlander Vito C camera with a Lanther 50mm lens.  Was made in Germany in 1956.  Doe not have the original leather case.  Not certain if it is in working condition, however a roll of film was still in the camera so most likely it works.  See photos for full details/condition as all sales are final.
