Up for sale here is this used vintage John E Fast polystyrene capacitor, from the 1960s and Made in USA. It is marked .047 uf 300v, and tests extremely close to that, with no or minimal leakage/ESR. These Fast polystyrene caps are fantastic, and work great at full voltage. This has short leads, but you can splice on longer ones. Please see my pictures for details.
