CONDITION: Missing collar and tag. Sugar could use a good stylist! I was able to comb her hair (not matted) and she is clean and without damage.

International: Shipping does not include any border or import fees. It is for delivery of the package ONLY. I mail without GPS because it is cheaper, but it does not include any fees that your country may charge.
