This is Herman's Hermits' 1965 45rpm record, featuring the songs, "I'm Henry The VIII, I Am", and "The End Of The World" on the original MGM label.  The record has not been play tested, and has some marks and other wear. There is also a small hole drilled into the label, and it comes with a generic sleeve.
