This is a 10 peg expandable hat/cup rack.

Made of wood.

Folds up to rectangle.

Folded it is 11 3/4 inches by 3 1/4

Expanded it is 22 inches by 9 1/2 inches.

It can be adjusted to shorter or longer, 

but the 22 looks like average length used.

In great condition.
