Our Aver^® Dental Bone Spreader commonly features pads or discs, designed for the lateral bone condensation of the closed sinus elevation technique. The tip design allows for the insertion of rotationally symmetrical implants in soft bone structures. It minimises the risk of perforation when lifting the Schneider's membrane.
