Primitive potato masher, unusual design.  Wooden handle with four wires twisted to the top and then split out to make the flat part.  The unusual thing is that there is a 2" overhang on 2 of the sides.  The overall size is 10.5" long with a 3" square flat surface with the 2" drop. I couldn't find any like it pictured anywhere so I cannot give any further information on age or use.  This one is in very good condition.  It comes from a smoke free and pet free home.  I will ship it with USPS Priority Mail.
