Collection of 362 different signed 1958 Topps baseball cards (out of 494 in the set), plus eight duplicates, featuring 32 Hall of Famers and many stars. All the cards have been signed on the front, with a few cards displaying more than one signature. Twenty-nine cards have been encapsulated by various authentication companies, with the breakdown as follows: PSA/DNA (23), SGC (4), Beckett (1), and Historic Autograph Authentication (3). Unless otherwise noted in the listing, the signatures on all the encapsulated cards have been certified as "Authentic" by the respective company. In our listing, we have noted the Hall of Fame players represented in the collection along with the 132 cards that are not included in the set. With just a few exceptions, the signatures, scripted in a variety of inks, range from "5" to "10," averaging "8." Cards range from Pr to Vg-Ex, averaging Gd-Vg. The duplicate cards of individual players are #156 Hyde, 169 Terry, 223 Pafko, 270 Spahn, and 438 Herzog. Additionally, there are three duplicates of card #216 (St. Louis Cardinals), each signed by a different player or combination of players. One of the Cardinals cards is signed by Al Dark. The other three are signed, respectively, by 1) Lindy McDaniel, 2) Stu Miller, and 3) Hal Smith, Gene Freese, and Dick Schofield. Total: 370 cards (362 different plus 8 duplicates) Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
