Due to discontinuation of the 98/99 Honda CR250R boot (Part Number 17253-KZ3-J00) by Honda, we have created an aftermarket version of the boot. The CP500 version of the boot is to be used in the 2004-2009 CRF250R, 2004-2012 CRF250X and 2005-2008 CRF450R aluminum frame conversions to accept a 1989-2001 CR500 engine.
We are selling just the boot, you will need to purchase mounting rings or use the ones from your CR500 or another model whichever is compatible. Below is a list of the compatibility for the mounting rings.

This listing is for a brand new custom boot ONLY. The mounting rings DO NOT come with this boot. See photos for reference.
If your CR500R mounting rings are not compatible then you will need to source the mounting rings. eBay would be a good place to check. We have included the mounting rings in the photos for your reference in case you have to purchase them.
