This is a spectrum finish lighter which I have engraved an image of the Eeveelutions onto. As a fan of the tv show and games I thought I'd engrave an Eeveelution lighter. The lighter itself is made by 'Star' and can be filled with lighter fuel (not supplied)..... this is the better quality Star Lighters which are made of brass rather than the cheaper steel versions. Comes in a tin gift box.
