X 1 Ceramic Beehive Escutcheon

Description: In wonderful condition these original black ceramic beehive escutcheons each come with a pressed brass backplate and fitting screws. The beehive motif was very popular in the Victorian era; being used across door and window furniture in both ebony and ceramic materials. The larger of the 3 screws passes through both the beehive escutcheon and its brass backplate into the door. With the smaller pair of screws fixing the backplate in place. I currently have x4 of these available, therefore a great opportunity for a run of interior doors. Price is for x1 escutcheon.
