This is a glass sugar bowl it has a silver filigree pattern and is very pretty. We have see some like this attributed to Dorothy Thorpe but we can not say for sure one way or another if it is. This piece is very nice in in great condition with minor silver loss at the brim.We professionally pack, ship and insure all of our items.
