Directly following the placement of your order an invoice will be sent to the email address registered with eBay. If an email from us has not been received, check your spam folder, if it's not there, Contact Avieleah Supplies Center on eBay.
Do we accept PayPal?
YES! We accept PayPal payments from all countries. Please be advised PayPal payments may be subject to verification to protect against fraudulent accounts.
Alternate Billing/Shipping Address:

If your shipping address is different than your billing address, certain verification will be necessary. On payments made through credit card with an alternate shipping address, Avieleah Supplies Center will request a secondary address to be listed with the issuing bank.
What happens if we need more verification?
If we require further verification, we will send you an email at the email address registered with eBay, or contact you at the phone number provided.
Avieleah Supplies Center reserves the right to refuse orders which the address, phone number or credit card cannot be verified.
International Orders:
International orders may be subject to local import fees, duty, customs, VAT charges or additional taxes, depending on the country of destination tax laws.
Avieleah Supplies Center is not responsible for any of these tax charges, nor can we offer any specific advice on import fees, duty, customs, VAT or taxes that you may be obligated to pay upon the arrival of your merchandise. Shipping

Most Items are shipped FREE:
Standard shipping takes 6 to 8 (3-day handling time + 3-5 days transit time) business days.*
Each additional item is also shipped for FREE and orders may be combined.
Order processing at Avieleah Supplies Center takes place Monday through Friday when your item will be processed for shipping. Estimated delivery dates include handling time, and will depend on receipt of cleared payment. Delivery times may vary, especially during peak periods. Any request for shipping verification, or filing a claim for an undelivered package, must be made within 30 days of shipment.
* Please be aware that in order for combine shipping to take place, all items must be purchased using the "Add to Cart" button through eBay checkout.

Returns

Returning Your Order: If you need to return something, we will happily accept your return for a refund within 60 days from the day it was delivered to your door. If you miss the 60-day window, we can exchange your item(s) so that you can find something else you'll love. 
Return Process:
Submit return request via the eBay Returns Portal.
Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu.
Select the reason for the return.
Please ship the product back to Avieleah Supplies Center with all original parts.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Our returns team will quickly ship your replacement or refund your payment.
