Operational Guidelines

-Temperature Control: The center of the heating tube reaches the maximum temperature. Users should adjust the thermostat to maintain the material-specific bending temperature, typically around 240°C for standard acrylic.

-Cooling Requirement: The circulating water system must be operational during use to prevent overheating and to set the bend angle immediately after forming.

-Continuous Use: The unit is designed for extended operation cycles. Ensure water temperature remains low to maintain performance and safety.
