New! Target Light up Wristbands also known as Fright Banz from Target's 2020 Halloween collection. You can wear them with or without the LED light turned on. The LED light is turned on by a switch found on the outside of the wristband that is located near the inner side of the wrist. The wristbands are clear until the LED light switch is turned on. Wristbands have different sayings on them. Collect them all!
