Plug your coax feed with PL-259 into the SO-239 on the bottom and access the side loop bolts with your choice of wire as your elements heading off in opposite directions, and use the top loop to install or pulley it up to your desired installation point. (The top loop does not make an electrical connection to anywhere else.) Waterproof and suitable for a permanent installation, or also great for your field setup or to-go kit.
