Operation instructions:

1. This is a high speed machine, Before you begin using the machine, please kindly read through the operation instructions carefully.

2.This machine can both blend breakable solid, dry, semi liquid and liquid food materials. For good result always choose the right type of knives for optimum result. This is recommended that food materials must be 3-5 cm in size

3.Please ensure that the jar sits in securely onto the motor drive shaft as to avoid and damage to the machine due to mis-alignment. DO not lift up the jar when the machine is turned ON!!

4.This machine operates with a current of 240V/50Hz electrical system. Please ensure the plug is properly inserted into the socket. Before switching on the current, please check whether the ON-OFF switch is put into OFF position. Then check if the seed control is turned to the lowest position.

5.Put the food material into the jar. Close the jar cover. DO NOT put your hand into the jar!!! Press the pulse control to reduce the food materials into smaller pieces. Then switch on the machine by putting to ON position.Regulate the speed by turning the speed control from low to high in accordance to the quality of food material you desire.

6.You may also use the club to stir the food materials within the jar to achieve the output evenly. Hold the jar if necessary to achieve balancing

7. Liquid must be put into the jar when blending with ice to avoid the ice from being refrozen and solidify.

8. Depending on the food materials, it is recommended that the blending should not be more than 1 minute for continuous operation, Periodic check must be conducted to assess the quality of final product is essential. Remember always turn OFF the machine when inspection in the finished product is made.

9. Please unplugged the machine from the power socket when cleaning is to be done.

10. To clean the jar, put in water and press the pulse switch for 2-3 times. Then pour out the water, Wipe it dry with a cloth

11. DO NOT soak or pour water onto the machine itself as it may damage the motor.

12. The jar cover and club mast be cleaned as well for hygienic reasons

13. The motor has OVER LOADING device which cuts off the current when the motor is heated due to over use. The machine can be restarted after the motor is cooled down.
