ITEM: Lovely floral print Velvet jacket / top by R&K Evenings. Metallic gold trim.  Shoulder pads to prevent a frumpy appearance (can be snipped out if you prefer not to have shoulder pads). Scalloped front hem line. Velvet fabric is 90% Polyester and 10% Spandex. Fully lined.
