These are vintage kitchen utensils still in their package.  They are labeled Kitchen Helpers Aide pour Cuisine (which I believe is also Kitchen Helpers in French).  The package open at the bottom and the package should either be cleaned more or just opened.  I do not believe these were ever used.  They came from a packed shed of the estate of a late neighbor near my relatives.
