灵芝味甘苦、性平,归心、肺、肝、脾经;可养心安神,养肺益气,理气化淤、滋肝健脾
灵芝能够泡水或者泡茶喝。一般用来泡水喝的灵芝都是研磨成粉末状的,水温不要超过40度,泡的过程应该少于20分钟。
