You are buying 1 handmade window topper valance made by me. It measures 70" wide x 17" long.  This is 100% cotton fabric and should wash and dry nicely. This has a 1" top header and fits a 1" white pocket rod. This has a 3/4" chevron zig zag stripe in black and white.

A rule of thumb, the curtain should be 1 1/2 -2 times the width of the window for fullness.

The picture is using a 36" door and 1 valance.  Only 1 valance should be needed on most windows
