Tractor end Series 6 (or series 60) metric 1-3/8”-6 spline quick disconnect yoke with Push pin. It universally fits all same series PTO shafts for rotary tillers, rotary cutters, finishing mowers and more. 

The yoke is forged not casting. 

It can also be used on the implement end if needed.

Cross and bearing size use on this is with the holes of 30.2mm (1.189") bearing caps and 92 mm (3.622") cross.
