item is not available in our local store at the time you placed the order, this
item will be shipped from an alternate warehouse direct to you.
Delivery
times varies by shipping carrier.
If the item you purchased is found to be defective, we will be happy to
provide a full refund upon the item's return within 14 days of your receiving
delivery.
We are also happy to exchange or replace the item.
If you need
to return a defective device, please contact us through eBay messaging before
shipping the return. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping cost
to return the device to us.
