Handmade in Genoa, Italy since 1903, Valobra soaps are produced according to the traditional Marseille method, preserving more than a century of Italian soapmaking expertise.

The base of every Valobra soap is composed of just three essential ingredients: soda, coconut oil, and tallow. To this foundation, essential oils, functional ingredients, and moisturizing creams are added to enhance performance and nourish the skin.

Each soap matures naturally for a minimum of two months, allowing the formula to stabilize and develop its characteristic density. The soap is then rolled four times to achieve its perfect consistency before being pressed into Valobra’s distinctive ergonomic oval shape — designed to nestle seamlessly in the palm of the hand for a secure, pleasant grip.

When activated with water, the bar releases a dense, fragrant, creamy lather. Every soap is finally hand-packed with care, reflecting the brand’s unwavering commitment to traditional craftsmanship.

Usage:

Lather between hands or onto a washcloth with warm water. Massage onto damp skin using circular motions. Rinse thoroughly. Allow the soap to dry between uses to preserve its structure and extend longevity.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns/Exchanges:

We hope you will enjoy your purchase, but if you change your mind, you can return the merchandise within 30 days of receiving date.

The product must be received in new, unused condition. To begin your return or exchange, please follow the instructions provided in your eBay order. 

For sanitary health concerns, we cannot accept the returns of products that have been used, opened or tailored to the specific hair needs.

Damaged Shipments:

If items you received were damaged during transit, you should contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date. A photo of the damaged parcel will be requested to record the incident. You will be provided with a printable return label and will not be charged a restocking fee.

Unclaimed Packages:

Packages that were sent to the customer and returned to us by the shipping carrier for reasons such as: "Incorrect Shipping Address," "Unclaimed," or "No Authorized Recipient Available" will be refunded to the customer. The original shipping rate we paid to the carrier will be deducted from the refund.

Orders Correctly Fulfilled:

Orders that were fulfilled correctly not damaged and returned to us by the customer will be refunded to the customer. The original shipping rate we paid to the carrier will be deducted from the refund.
