    SHIPPING & DELIVERY
    • All packages are shipped from China by China Post or SF Express. After they have arrived in the destination country, the packages will be deliver by the local post offices.
    • Packages are generally dispatched within 3-5 days after receipt of payment

    • Buyer will be responsible for any additional customs taxes or tariffs as applicable to your country

    RETURNS
    • We receive returns if the product not as described. The following situations are not included: 1) An item you claim is not as described but the seller can prove it is 2) Items are as described but you no longer want them
    • Please contact seller within 15 days after receiving the item and provide us with a picture of the product for our reference. After we received the picture, we will inform you how to make a return for your order
    • Please note that product should be returned in original condition (unused, in the original packaging), failure to complete this requirement might cause the seller to refuse refund or reshipment
    • We will make refund or reshipment (buyer's choice) within 2-3 days after we received the return package

    REFUNDS  
    Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore you can request a refund or reshipment for the ordered products if:
    • You do not receive them within the guarantee time (45 business days in normal time, the guarantee time during the pandemic is 70 days, not including 3-5 business day processing).
    • You receive the wrong item
    We do not issue a refund if:
    • Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing a wrong shipping address)
    • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of the seller  (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
    • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of the seller
    You can submit a refund request within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45/70 business days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on the Contact page.
