        Arch balloons: Latex balloons size approx. 10"-12".
A flexible balloon strip is a basic for the arch. Included: 1roll of balloon strip 16 Foot (5m) long.

       "Happy Birthday": 13 Rose Gold Letters, Absolutely beautiful, each foil balloon has a tail, you can inflate it from there using included straw. The balloons have self sealing valves. Once inflated the balloon will stay up for over a week. The balloons can be filled with helium to float or filled with air to attach to any surface.

If there is any problem with your shipment, please save the box and packing material and e-mail to me within three (3) days of receipt and I will gladly resolve your concerns. If for some reason you don?t like your item, please email us; return it to us in an original packing material with the item number included for a refund or exchange.
