Each set provides a comprehensive structural shell and all essential architectural details:

• Structural Shell: Precision-cut MDF and high-quality card.

• Architectural Details: Doors, windows, lintels, and chimneys.

• Glazing: Clear glazing material included for all windows.

• Instructions: Basic assembly guide provided to assist with the core build.

The "Scratch-Aid" Concept:

Our kits are designed to save you hours of complex measuring and cutting. We provide the perfectly square "bones" of the building, allowing you to focus on the creative artistry:

• Personalize: Apply your own brick/stone papers, embossed plasticard, or render finishes.

• Flexibility: Use them as standalone residences or join multiple kits to create an extensive, realistic street.

• Unique Results: Because you choose the final textures and colours, every model becomes a unique piece of your layout.

Important Note on the Manufacturing Process:

Please be aware that this is an unassembled kit. The laser-cutting process uses a high-temperature beam to cut through material, which can occasionally leave slight "burn marks" or charring on the edges—particularly on card and MDF. This is a natural part of the process and does not affect the quality of the kit. These marks are easily hidden during your normal finishing process with paint, primer, or textured papers.
