All Major Credit Cards accepted. Payments will occur via PayPal. When using PayPal
with a Pending e-check, note that your item will not be shipped until the
payment has been cleared. This process usually takes between 4-6 business days.
Payments can also be done over email by providing all relevant information such
as card number, expiration data, security code, full name on card and billing
address for the card.
Shipping Details
· Unless an item clearly specifies that it has 'Free Shipping', all items will have shipping charges, and will not be shipped until all charges have been cleared.

· If you are planning on purchasing more than 1
item at a time, then add the products to your cart so you can see the total for
your entire order at once.
· If you are planning on purchasing more than 1
item at a time note that they will be shipped individually. They are packed in
their own individual boxes and cannot be combined with another saddle.
· We use UPS, Fed Ex and USPS for
shipping Monday through Friday.
· Depending on the size of the item and
shipping destination we use the service we feel is best for that item.
· Once payment is received and confirmed, we
will try and ship the item out as soon as possible. This should be done either
1-2 days after the payment is cleared, but certain circumstances might take up
to 3 days to ship after payment confirmation.
· All of the tracking details will be provided
on eBay as an attachment to the transaction.
· If there are any special shipping requests,
such as next day shipping, 2 Day Air, Postal express, need to ship to another
address, or anything else, please let us know! We will try and do whatever we
can!

Returns & Exchanges
· If an item
is not to your liking, or does not fit your specification, feel free to return
it to us.
· If you are
returning an item that you have purchased through 'Free Shipping', then
understand the actual shipping charges for the item will be deducted from the
refund before it is issued. When in the process of returning an item, we will
ask for confirmation that you understand the shipping process details.
· Any sort of
exchanges for different colors, sizes or items are welcome. The Buyer will be
responsible for the return shipping of the item to us as well as the shipping
costs for the new item being shipped out.
· Returning
an item for a refund is also accepted. The refund will be for the price of the
item alone. The shipping charges and a restocking fee will be deducted from the
refund. The restocking fee applies to all items.
· Whenever an
item is being returned or exchanged, the item MUST be in new/unused condition.
if the item is returned used in any way, we cannot accept the return.
· During the
shipping process, we try our best to inspect our items to ensure that we are shipping
out the best product possible. Unfortunately there may be chances of human
error on our end leading to a defective or incorrect product being shipped out
to you. In the rare case an error occurs, we can either replace the item, help
you exchange it or refund it without a restocking fee. In order to do this, the
item must be returned to us. We try our best to make sure these types of errors
do not occur and are more than happy to work with our buyers to correct any
mistakes that have been made.
· Please contact us with any concerns you may have when you get your items, returns need to be requested within 30 days of receiving your item. And please allow us enough time to respond and help you with a return or exchange.
