RETURNS ~ If the item offers returns, a full refund will be made upon return of the item if I have made a mistake with your item. It must be returned in the SAME CONDITION AS I MAILED IT (Unopened, unused, unbroken, intact (not melted), etc) If your post office mangled the package, your carrier shoved it into your mailbox and broke it, folded your book or left the item on your porch in the sun, you left it in your mailbox in the heat or while you were out of town and it melted, or it was carried off by a dog we cannot be held responsible. The shipping costs *I* paid to mail your package (usually starting at $4.54), not the ones (usually $.70) *you* paid are non-refundable for undelivered (you left off the apt number or gave a non-existent or old address), unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error. If you are returning your item due to “buyer’s remorse” (you purchased the wrong item, you found it cheaper elsewhere after we shipped it to you, you didn’t like the flavor or the item didn’t work for you or as quickly as you wanted) we will accept a return, but the original shipping charge we paid to get the item to you will not be included in your refund and a 15% restocking fee will be added.
