The balloons will come flat and need inflating after you receive it. The balloons is sold without Helium.

"Blinking Unicorn" is a factory name of the balloon. This is not a light up balloon. No some source of light. Do not expect to receive balloons with open/close/blinking/moving eyes. You will get what you see in the pictures.
