Here is a princess skirt for sure!. It is long at 32" and is crinkled. There is a full lining and this is machine wash cold and tumble dry. This is a wonderful skirt and Ruby Rd makes high quality clothes. The color is teal green. The elastic band around the waist is also teal green. 

The waist is 27" and with the length this should fit a regular and petit woman.
