Items are authentic items, first quality.  They are not returns.  I am not a liquidator or wholesale reseller.   Item comes directly from retail.  I store all of my items in a cool, dark, dry location.

Shipping: We strive to ship quickly. To prevent shipping delays, please be sure at time of payment that the correct shipping address is entered.  If you place your order with an incorrect address, we will not be able to change the address on the same transaction.  We strive to be environmentally friendly and re-use shipping materials whenever possible.  Combined shipping is available when noted in posting.  We strive to keep our shipping costs as low as we can.  If you are purchasing multiple items from one posting that allows combined shipping, please contact us prior to making payment so that the appropriate arrangements can be made for that purchase.  Once payment is received, we will be unable to refund shipping fees in this case. 

We are experienced shippers of fragile items.  We do our best to ensure packages are shipped to arrive undamaged.  Once a package leaves our possession, if there is damage that occurs during shipment, this is out of our control. 

Payment:  Buy It Now payment is due at purchase. Auction style listings: payment must be made in full within 3 business days of the auction ending, per eBay policy. Please contact me with any questions that you may have prior to your purchase. 

Terms of Sale: We generally do not accept returns unless there is an error on our part. Seller assumes no responsibility for item(s) once the item leaves our possession.  We can not be responsible for damage during shipping, if the item is lost or stolen or if an item has unknown manufacturer defect, or if an item is mishandled by the user.  We strive to be clear in our descriptions and post pictures of items so that you are confident in what you are purchasing.

Disputes: If there is a mistake or error made, please contact us through eBay contact seller link. We strive to make each transaction pleasant and worry free and will work with you to make you a satisfied customer. 

Customer Satisfaction.   Customer satisfaction is important to us.  Upon receiving your item, if you're not satisfied with your purchase or have any issues or concerns, please message us first by selecting the "I have a question about using my item or I want to send the seller a message" option and give me a chance to resolve any problems.  We are happy to work with you.  Please note that there is no need to open a case (if you select any other option, it will automatically do that). If there was an error made or if we have made a mistake, we'll will work with you to correct the issue.   We strive for high customer satisfaction and really appreciate your positive feedback. 

Returns – Please view pictures posted and review item description.  We strive to describe the product as accurately and detailed as possible so that you know what you are purchasing.  We will accept returns within 7 days of delivery receipt if there is an error or shipping issue, provided that the item returned is received in NEW and unused condition with product seals and original packaging intact.  Seller reserves the right to require further proof of condition of item if damaged in shipment.  If further proof or physical drop off at a postal location is required and asked of buyer and not received, no refund will be provided.   No returns will be accepted with swimwear, intimate apparel, cosmetic and beauty purchases due to hygiene reasons following Ebay policy.  There are no returns accepted on electronics.

Shoe Returns:  Please note that I do not accept returns for shoes unless there is an error on my part or problem with shipping.  In this case, items MUST be returned as they were received.  NOTE: NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR SHOES THAT HAVE BEEN WORN.  Please make sure to know your correct size prior to ordering shoes.  All Shoe Sales are Final.

We only ship internationally through the Ebay global ship program.   International buyer will pay for item as listed in the posting and item will ship to regional US Ebay global ship center.  Global ship center will contact buyer with notification of additional shipping charges, customs or other fees associated with international purchase.   Returns for international orders:  There are no returns for international orders, no exceptions (including loss and damaged items).  Please contact Ebay for their own international shipping return or lost claim policy for lost or damaged items through the Global Ship Program.
