These are 1.2 mm thick, allowing for flexibility and strength.  These are 3D printed using the FDM process which may result in slight variations as the plastic melts and solidifies.

As pictured, the one rectangular side will grasp the strap, the other side allow the user to slide the strap into a position that is most comfortable for them and snug enough to keep the strap in place while allowing for removal.
