These Acrylic ear lobe tunnels have different colour crystals around the rim

 with a screw on end so that the tunnel should not fall out. 

PLEASE DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN AS THEY ARE ONLY MADE OF ACRYLIC AND MAY BREAK.

They come in a range of sizes from 3mm up to 22mm.
