Shipping Policy:

- Air Cars Supply offers free and fast shipping on all of our products (within The United States)

- Buyers from Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Saipan and other Islands have to make the payment according to their address. We will send them an invoice through PayPal with the amount. The item will send then when the payment is done.

- The cost of shipping depends of distance and measurements of the items.

- Air Car Supply could change the cost.

- Air Cars Supply products will be shipped same day after payments are received and cleared.

- When the buyer pay for the shipping (out of US), we do not have control with the shipping and we cannot be responsible for the item.

International Shipping Policy:

- Items shipped internationally via UPS/FedEx will include tracking numbers and the buyers must pay the international shipping. Items shipped internationally via USPS, the buyer assumes all risks for any lost/damaged packages.

-Shipping fees will not be refunded for returns, exchanges, errors and Delays.

-We do not accept return items

- Please be aware that all international orders, no matter which shipping option is used, may be subject to additional duties, import taxes, or brokerage or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials, and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment.

- To avoid surprises, please contact your local customs office before placing an order to ask what charges may apply. Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in gathering information. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials.

- Please also be aware that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common. Packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this delay.

- Air Cars Supply only offer a one-time replacement of the original part purchased.

- Failure to flush your system will void warranty.

- No warranty for the following vehicle applications and/or usage: Commercial, Rental, and/or off Road.

Payment info:

- Quick and Easy payment is available through eBay's standard checkout system using a Secure PayPal Transaction of your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or PayPal Funds.

- There will be an additional charge for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and international shipments.

Sales taxes:

 - We collect 6% sales tax for any shipments to the state of Florida.

Return Policy

 

In the unfortunate event that you need to return an item, please contact us within thirty (30) days of receiving your package. A return authorization form must accompany all returns to efficiently process your refund. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

All returned items must be in the same condition as they were when you received them.

All items must be returned in original packaging. Returning in other packing or boxes many result in extra shipping fees that will be deducted from your return. 
If the item you've received is not to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
