I have NO idea how to measure clothing so here is my attempt. 

From the top of the back to the bottom including the black fabric is 21 ish inches, from the top of the zipper in the front to the bottom is 16.5 inches. Laying it flat: from the point from where it connects at the bottom part of the sleeve across to the other point where the sleeve connects (bottom) is 22 ish inches. The sleeve from where it connects from the top to the edge of the cuff including the black fabric is 24ish inches. Across the shoulders is 20ish inches.
