For sale is a fully assembled LM1881 sync stripper, designed for use with many retro systems that output RGB and sync signals.
Many upscalers and converters require C-Sync to properly display an image, such as the OSSC or SCART-to-BNC adapters. This board offers a simple and reliable way to obtain clean C-Sync by stripping it from the composite video signal.
Fully assembled and ready to use
Generates C-Sync from composite video
Compatible with a wide range of RGB-capable consoles
Can be installed inside a console or inside a SCART plug/head
Compact design fits inside a SCART head without cutting or modifying the PCB (see photos)
If you plan to use this with a Framemeister XRGB-mini, I can include a 470-ohm output resistor if required (please let me know ahead of time so I can include it)
Please verify your setup, as this resistor may not be necessary for all devices or configurations.
Please note that I previously shipped these using the eBay Standard Envelope, but due to frequent tracking and delivery issues, I’ve switched to regular shipping. I’ve taken the previous postage cost into consideration — standard shipping is normally $5.30, and I will deduct the old $1.30 rate from that amount.
