We offer a FREE gift wrap service, your purchase, wrapped in white tissue paper, adorned with a sprig of Lavender or Bay leaf and finished off with a blank label, or we can write a personalised, hand written note from you (please contact me with message)
DELIVERY

MyHermes

Here at Hutton & Hutton we use MyHermes to courier our parcels, these are collected from our office and delivered to you within 3-5 working days, they are also fully trackable.
You can nominate a 'Safe place' and any other special instructions which can aid the courier, for an additional £1 we can obtain a signature upon delivery

AIRMAIL

  Delivery within five working days for packages, with compensation offered from Post Office in the event of loss or damage.

If in the unlikely event you do experience any problems please contact me and I will do my best to resolve it

If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you may return them to me within 28 days of receipt. I will be happy to offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty. Items of furniture can only be returned if they are unused, have not been damaged since they were delivered and are re-packed in the original packaging. Return of an item is at your own cost unless the item is faulty. Parcels are returned at your own cost, I strongly recommend you obtain a free certificate of postage from the Post Office as I can only be held responsible for your parcel once I have safely received it. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.
