Perfect chance to add this Toy Novelty Pencil Top figure to your collection.

This is a vintage plastic put out for Hanna Barbera and was put out in a series.

This is from the 1970's and was sold in Vending / Bubble Gum Vending machines.

This is the Green Scooby-Doo Figure and is about 1.3" high. **

This one is marked Hong Kong and a few other markings.

These were little figures that were put on the top or Pencil toppers and have a loop that you could tie a string to and it would hold the pencil (warning, don't do that as it could be a coking hazard)..

These are NOS (new old stock) never used, from a warehouse that had them store for decades. 

This one is in Excellent shape, this is very nice, not perfect, it is new old stock and never used, almost mint, but these had minor defects from the factory and over time the plastic hardens a bit but then again, they were novelty toys and were never perfect..So don't use as toy, as it may break.

These are for collectors and should not be Given TO SMALL Children, as SAFETY STANDARDS have changed.... and could be a choking hazard

Nice condition and never used, this is part of a huge collection of vintage items that were stored in a box for decades that came from a warehouse. 

I would think these are best for Display, as they are now collectors Items.

Tough to find item.
