By purchasing, Buyer acknowledges and agrees that:
Not all units are repairable.
Certain types of damage may be excluded from repair, including but not limited to:
Fire damage
Water or liquid damage
Corrosion
Severe electrical failure
Physical or tampering damage
NON-REPAIRABLE UNITS / DIAGNOSTIC FEE
If, after inspection, the unit is determined to be non-repairable, Buyer agrees to:
Pay a mandatory diagnostic and service fee of at least 50% (or more) of the total repair service cost., and
Accept that the remaining balance (if applicable) will be issued as store credit/voucher only, not a refund.

CLAIMS POLICY
All claims for damage, loss, or delay during shipping must be handled directly with the shipping carrier. Dashboard Instrument Cluster will assist by providing available documentation (photos, videos, invoices, etc.) when possible; however, we do not assume liability for any shipping-related issues.

SHIPPING COSTS
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including:
Shipping to us
Return shipping
Any additional shipping required, including return for warranty.
INSURANCE
Please be aware, standard shipping includes insurance up to $100. If you need to insure your item to be equivalent to its real worth/value, you need to pay an additional fee. Make sure you request from us to add insurance for your item on the way back to you to get coverage for the full amount of your item?s worth.
PACKAGING RESPONSIBILITY
Customers must ensure items are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. Improper packaging may result in damage, which remains the customer?s responsibility to resolve with the carrier.
REPAIR SERVICE DAMAGE POLICY
Dashboard Instrument Cluster will also not be held accountable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any of our repair services or restoration work performed.

FOR WARRANTY TO APPLY
We ask that all items sent to us for WARRANTY purposes must be in the same condition we shipped it outbound. This includes the warranty sticker not being broken, tampered with, or removed. Please make sure there are no missing parts, or any other discrepancies associated with the product.
If the item does not meet any of the requirements above for WARRANTY return, WARRANTY WILL BE VOID and we will NOT return/refund any credit or voucher
