In this volume, the author has used the colorful and romantic South Seas as inspiration for eight exciting tales.  Some of Jack London's finest short pieces are to be found in these pages, including "The Heathen,", "Mauki", and "The Terrible Solomons".

The outside hardcover does show some fading but there is no writing or tears on any of the pages.  In fact the only thing is that the pages have done some yellowing with time EXCEPT these pages are amazing in the during the printing, the pages were not set up correctly and you can find some of the pages split and printed on two pages.  Most amazing because no writing was lost. It's just split on two pages. Please check the photos.  Way interesting!!
