  In accordance with the art. 1510 of the Civil Code, it should be remembered that the seller is not responsible for the conditions of transport and the delivery status of the goods, once the delivery to the carrier in charge of the address to the buyer took place. Payments must be made within three days of purchasing the item. Remember to communicate where the model and color chosen in the absence of this requires the order remains pending. The delivery times described are indicative. The goods will ALWAYS be shipped within 48 hours of receiving payment.

 Refund: (Legislative Decree 15-01-1992, n.50)  Implementation of Directive no. 85/577/EEC regarding the contracts negotiated outside the commercial premises, the customer who has purchased the products for exclusive personal use with us can withdraw from the purchase within 10 working days from the delivery of the goods, provided that the products to be returned are still Perfectly sealed and never used.  Returns of objects on which the customer has requested changes or customizations are not accepted.
