This is a matte black finish lighter which I have engraved an image of Umbreon onto. As a fan of the tv show and games I thought I'd engrave an Umbreon lighter since they’re my favorite Eeveelution.  The lighter itself is made by 'Star' and can be filled with lighter fuel (not supplied)..... this is the better quality Star Lighters which are made of brass rather than the cheaper steel versions. Comes in a tin gift box.
