This is a Vintage Tire.  NOS means New Old Stock.  While It is new, never mounted and has been stored away from direct sunlight.  Due to age, it is not recommended for on road use and should only be used for static display as it is old than 5 years from the date of manufacture.  If you choose to mount this tire to your bike, you do so at your own risk.  No returns will be accepted for this reason.
