Directions

Adults start off by taking one capsule per day in the morning  after 3 days increase to 2 capsules (1 am and 1 pm). As you get used to it you can increase the dose after one week to up to 4 tablets a day.
If you weight over 90kg start with 2 tablets and increase to 3 tablets 2 in the morning 1 in the afternoon and then after another 7 days increase to 4 tablets if you feel you need to. 
Take PM before evening dinner or one hour after.

Question: Are the capsules, liquid or powder?

Answer: The capsules are powder based.


Question: Is the NAC vegan?

Answer: Our N-Acetyl-Cysteine is derived from Natural Corn, using a fermentation process free from environmental pollution. Containing No animal products the supplement supplement is 100% Vegan & Vegetarian friendly.


Question: Does the capsules smell?

Answer: A good quality and potent N-Acetyl-Cysteine has a slight odor which reflects the sulphur content, which you may notice on first use.  Once you get used to it you should not notice. If you get a different brand that doesn't smell you are most likely getting a poor quality water down version of NAC.


Question Is this otc, (over the counter)?

Answer: Yes it is. Although NAC it has many medically proven health benefits it is a functional food supplement..


Question: What dose should I take?

Answer: We strongly recommend you begin with one  capsule in the morning with water. After a few days you can take one in the morning and 1 in the afternoon or evening. A maximum dose of can be built up to  four capsules per day, again increasing gradually.

Answer: Like other amino acid supplements, NAC is best to be taken either 30 minutes before, or say two hours after, eating to avoid competing with other food proteins for absorption.
